Refund policy

Sealed N Shipped is operated by Crystal Roots LLC. This policy applies to all orders placed through sealednshipped.com.

Pre-orders

Many of our listings are pre-orders for products that have not been released yet. Each pre-order listing shows its release date at the top of the description. Your card is charged when you place the order, and we ship as soon as the product reaches us from distribution. You may cancel any pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships, for any reason. If a release date moves, or if we cannot ship within 30 days of the date shown on the listing, we will email you and you may cancel for a full refund. You do not have to chase us for it.

Standard returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. The item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging, including any protective materials. To start a return, email support@sealednshipped.com with your order number and the reason. We will send a return authorization and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and we recommend a tracked and insured service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Original shipping charges are not refunded on change-of-mind returns.

Damaged in transit

Contact us before discarding any packaging, and include photos of both the item and the outer box. We file the carrier claim on our end. You will be refunded or sent a replacement where available. Do not wait for the carrier claim to resolve before contacting us.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect a returned item we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.
