How your order gets to you.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment the label is created.
How we pack
Raw singles. Penny sleeve, then a Card Saver or top loader, then sandwiched between rigid boards and taped. That goes into a bubble mailer. Cards do not move in transit.
Graded cards. Corner protectors on the case, wrapped in bubble, then into a fitted box with void fill so there's no room to rattle. Graded cards never ship in a plain mailer, regardless of value.
Sealed product. Booster boxes, ETBs, and cases ship double-boxed. The product goes into an inner box with the corners padded, and that goes into an outer box with fill on all six sides. Your box corners arrive square.
Collectibles. Figures and statues ship in their original packaging inside an oversized outer box with foam or air pillows. If the mint condition of the outer box matters to the value, we treat the outer box as the product.
Rates
Domestic shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Orders over $150 ship free within the United States.
Orders valued at $250 or more automatically ship insured with signature confirmation required, at no extra cost to you. This isn't optional on high-value orders. It protects both of us.
International
We ship to select international destinations. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by their country. These are not included in the price at checkout and we have no way to calculate or waive them. Please check your own country's import rules before ordering, particularly for sealed product, which is sometimes assessed differently than singles.
If something goes wrong
Lost, delayed, or damaged in transit? Email support@sealednshipped.com before you do anything else. Don't discard the packaging. We file the carrier claim on our end and make you whole. You should not have to fight a shipping company over an order you placed with us.
